Stars

I love having long, long, bubble baths. And they are even bettter with stars. So many stars, that I woke up still covered in them, and the carpet is full of them, and even my chair at work has some.
I didn't only have baths over the weekend, I did go to an antique fair in Potters Bar. Obviously most things were out of my price range, and I restrained myself, even though I took a fancy to an old copy of Grimm's fairytales, and a cameo brooch. But then I dug out my (Topshop) necklace, and told myself I have lots of books (also I will be in my overdraft once the rent goes out). So I was really ever so sensible for once.
I bought this absolutely beautiful tea cup and saucer for my mum-

And this for me (can't go home with nothing)

Which is actually rather teeny tiny (maybe more ideal for shots of tea/alcohol etc.)

I also coloured my hair at the weekend. I tried this shade about three years ago, so I've gone back to it-

  11. We seem to have quite a bit in common. I am a soap freak, I love having bubble baths and pampering myself. Although, never tried a bath with glitter stars it, looks magical.
Oh I love vintage finds! I'm envious that you were able to find such jewels haha I'm not so lucky most of the time. You mention cupcakes in your profile information, they are another obssession of mine.

Beautiful post, I like the picture where youre posing with the teacup haha.

  19. Looks like a Lush bath to me! Oh they're so much fun.

The advent candle is lovely. When I grow out of having an advent calendar I'm going to get one. As I'm still a massive kid, this may be quite a few years in the future...

  20. It wasn't Lush but something quite similar from a shop on the high street! :)
And in my view there's nothing wrong with an advent candle AND a calendar :p
