This whole blogger going down this has been most annoying- I'm still not sure whether posts will be restored or not, so far my post from yesterday is still missing so I don't know whether this will be a duplicate or not! Also, I can't really remember what I rambled on about in my previous post, apart from mentioning that this jacket hasn't so far appeared on here but deserved its chance to shine- bought it at a car boot sale where me and my mum had a stall- I must have halved my profits by snaffling items from next door's stall including this old Topshop jacket for £4.50! I changed the buttons on it which is as far as my sewing will allow. The shorts are from Primark and mega short, so think it's tights only or else I'll be exposing far too much..

My mum is starting chemo on Monday, and is having up and down times in the run-up to it. The other day she learnt that the cute little cat she'd half adopted back in France had been (probably) run over and killed. Yup this even happens in teeny tiny French villages, perhaps even more so, as cars drive super fast on little country roads. So she was quite upset about that, and I think is now quite looking forward to me taking Bwackums back to the flat when I move back in July. Cats can be comforting presences and this situation definitely calls for that!

Also, hope your mum stays strong and that things go well. Chemo is so invasive and my grandma went through the same thing years ago, so I can definitely understand what you're going through.
