Latitudinal

A few photos from my Latitude experience (sunset the first night, carousel, Echo and the Bunnymen, the Latitude sign with colourful sheep). I had a herculean battle with my mother's computer yesterday evening, and getting thus far was bad enough (read: constant screen freezing, half an hour to upload these paltry few to Flickr, and me nearly tearing my hair out, I've never been very patient).
Our flooring should be done by tonight in the new place but it will be costing us a pretty penny. Still, I feel we may as well make it look right as it's properly our flat to do with as we want, so no settling for second best!

No outfit photos (at Latitude I was permanently in wellies, leggings, hoodies and D's lovely fluorescent green mac), but some inspiration interiors. I'm thinking about painting one of the walls in the lounge/kitchen in bluey/green, the room is light enough to take it, but stars on the walls could be quite nice too.

  5. The photos of Latitude are absolutely beautiful, I love the sunset and Echo and the bunnymen look like they put on a great show!

The inspirational interior photos are lovely too, I am currently obsessed with flag banners so having my own flat at the moment would probably be a bad thing as every wall would be decorated in them! I love the floral curtains and the wooden floors in all the photos though.

  6. Are those sparkly walls? I could go for a bit of that! Although all those candles on the floor looks like a bit of a recipe for disaster... ; )

    Latitude looks rather fun!

  11. I love the interiors photos with all the tea lights. Oh to be the sort of person who could actually live in a place like that! If I tried it either I'd boot them all over the floor or the cat would set his tail on fire.

  14. AW Lattitude looks fun, hope you had a good time? I'm with you on no outfit pics too, I don't understand how people manage outfit pics at festivals!
The interior pics are cool too. xx

  15. Oh I'm green with envy that you went to Latitude - this summer won't be the same without a proper festival! I love the hanging glass jars, think they would look pretty with tea lights in too. S x

  19. Latitude sounds quiet incredible. I know I told you this before, but I am quite jealous:) As for your photos...I love them all! Such great inspiration, especially as I am getting ready to move and have been coming up with interior design inspirations for my house. That last photo has been in my inspiration file for months...it's one of my favs (and I hope my house turns out looking similar to that)!!! Have a lovely weekend! x Marisa
