A few photos from my bank holiday Monday, the first few are from Worthing (don't go there, seriously) and then the last are from Hove and Brighton! My great uncle and aunt used to own one of those beach huts, before they emigrated to the States. Seems like such a cute little thing to own for the (few) nice days- this day whole groups of families and friends were sitting around tables outside their huts, drinking tea and eating sandwiches (of course).
I also love the West Pier, which sadly is no more than a shell now. The council is apparently going to built some ugly tower thing in front of it, for people to climb up and admire the view (not sure what view, the sea is perfectly viewable from the ground).

On other news I'm going to start volunteering from next Tuesday with a Latin American charity (Latin American House), doing bits and pieces, not quite sure what yet! Hopefully it'll be interesting.
