(Fiddling with my hair)
Blowing a kiss when D threatened to stop taking photos
Trousers: Zara//Top: Topshop//Ballet flats: New Look//Bag: Primark//Scarf: Vintage//Sunglasses: faux Ray Bans from market stall in Spain
I didn't think this outfit was blogworthy, but then I thought- I'm not always wearing something particularly cool, edgy, new or different. It's slightly boring, slightly classic with the scarf and ballet flats and the colours are a little drab. Really selling it aren't I? I might make this a new feature (not sure how long that'll last..) showing how exciting life gets on a Sunday in outfit terms (hence the ironic title).
Everyday life isn't particularly interesting either. I've finally booked to go to France from the 7th to the 12th of October (my mum's birthday is the 10th) and I can't wait. My mum is back living at our house over there and her friend gifted her TWO kittens as an early birthday present. I can't help feeling a little disapproving, as if I'm the parent and she'll stop loving them in a couple of weeks. I'm probably just jealous (and will try to fit one in my hand luggage on the way back). Still, eagerly anticipating spending time in our (relatively) big house over there, lots of good food, cheap wine, and of course middle aged ex pats to chill with.
Thanks again for all the lovely thoughtful comments on my previous post. Good to know most are against the death penalty. Hopefully US states that still have it will see sense soon..
