Jacket, Tee shirt, Jeans, Shoes, Bag: Topshop (I know...) However I've had most of it for a good few years. The shoes I rediscovered in our loft, they're a size 7 so slightly on the big side for me, and I'm never sure if they look good, or just clunky. I think they look ok here from far away!
Me and D just went for a walk from Saint Pauls (passing the Occupy LSX protest) over the Millennium Bridge to the Tate Modern. I rather liked the images that were being screened in the Turbine Hall (see above). This man was singing out of tune and playing guitar quite badly, but kudos for being right by the Thames, with the tide coming in.
Today I am starting a new volunteering thing at Refugee Action- I'm not quite sure what I'll be doing- I'm a little nervous, but hopefully it'll go ok. I only got it through D, who's got a colleague who knows someone who used to work there! I hope they're not expecting big things from me :S
I'm still feeling a little blah, but my mum is coming back from France on Friday for a week (for a treatment), so I'm looking forward to that.

  1. LOVE the loafers - definitely good and not too clunky. And we all have Topshop days sometimes, don't feel too bad. We're all just slaves to Philip Green.

  3. I love these shoes, they look amazing! I was thinking they would be vintage but then to read they are Topshop, and that you are unsure of them??! I love.
I like walking around St Pauls and the south bank, such good exercise and fab views of London, I always think of it as something quite touristy but love it once I'm there.
    Hope the volunteering goes well.xx

  24. I think the shoes are great and the trousers fit you perfectly! Try not to worry too much about the volunteering. Just do your best and if it's not something you enjoy, remember it's "volunteer" and not something you MUST do. I volunteered at a place last year and part of this year and got way too sucked into the place. What they really needed was more actual employees and I was finding it beyond stressful. Good luck and thanks for commenting on my blog!
