Blouse: Monki//Necklaces: Little Nell//Skirt: H&M//Ring: Lipsy

Wearing some of my Christmas presents from D, although he did require a few hints to shop in Monki and in Penny's store :)
More messing about on the stairs as I didn't actually leave the house the day I wore this.
I always find the period between Christmas and New Year a little strange, like a limbo, although NYE is usually a disappointment. Nerves starting to kick in re: starting a new job next Tuesday! (Back to being the new girl). Hope everyone is having a lovely break, I plan on not doing much over the next few days, although maybe checking out the Monki sale. I'll leave Topshop to the pros.

Oh yes this is the dessert I made- pecan and toffee pies (served with Brandy cream). Yum. (Thanks Delia).

  1. I know just what you mean - the days between Boxing day and New Year's Eve are an odd halfway house. I try to pass the time with mince pies, period drama and a couple of good books :-)

Absolutely love your blouse - it looks pretty fabulous with the skirt and tights!

  3. the pecan/toffee pie looks divine, all the better that it is homemade, bet it tasted so good! I'm not keen on NYE either, always too pricy and I hate to part with money like that! Wishing you all the best for 2012, enjoy the rest of your festive break x
