Coat: Topshop (old)//Hat: Primark//Jumper and blouse: H&M//Shorts: Topshop//Tea cup necklace: UO//Brogues: Vintage//Satchel: New Look

I realise I actually have a lot of winter coats, six to be exact. But this one is from about 4 years ago, and I've recently rediscovered it (it was on its way to Oxfam...). It was back to the blue garage door for these, on our way to pick up Christmas decorations from my mums'. Like most people we have an eclectic assortment of decorations, some going back to pre-World War II Vienna (and equally, some from Poundland).
I really want to get more into the Christmassy spirit, but it is hard when you have zero money. I don't want to be a Scrooge.. so I'm off to decorate the tree listening to some carols and favourites (Walking in the Air has me in tears practically).

  1. I love your hat and I've noticed that you have a lot of coats too (although this one is very pretty!) I usually only have my coat for a few years and then I get bored of it, although I've had my own for three years now I think. I like the shape and colour of your shorts! Enjoy decorating the tree and listening to christmas music. Eating christmassy food gets me in the festive spirit, and cinnamon (is that weird?) xo

This coat is wonderful, glad you rediscovered it, those shorts are the prettiest colour too.

So glad you decided on keeping the coat because it is really lovely and I am yet to see anyone pull off a hat like this better than you do, most people who try these hats look awkward but you look like it's meant to be.
