Jumper: H&M//Skirt: Monki//Shoes: Topshop//Ring: H&M
I happened upon this skirt some time ago in Monki and couldn't leave it behind- the print just called out to me.. but once home I'm having difficulty styling it for the cold weather, and this was the only plainish jumper I could think to pair it with.
My three day weekend went by too fast yet again, but I did enjoy a decent burger at Meat Liquor, watched three of four films (including Blue Valentine for the first time- totally didn't realise how depressing it was going to be. Thank goodness Mrs Doubtfire was on for some light relief after), did lots of food shopping and had an amazing roast yesterday, thanks to Michel Roux Jr for a tasty recipe. I love that man.
I watched Blue Valentine the other week - mainly for the GOD that is Ryan Gosling - I enjoyed it, but also found it so depressing!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous skirt, the print is lovely. I always find things like that difficult to style, you've done a good job. I need to get more plain tops etc in my wardrobe, too many printed skirts etc and not enough to pair them with! xx

Ahhh Blue Valentine. I bought that film last year to watch on Valentines day with the boyfriend & it totally confused & depressed us! :'D

All my favorite colors are in that skirt! What a gorgeous print and you've perfectly styled it for winter I'd say! I'm glad you mentioned Blue Valentine - the hubs and I almost watch it on Netflix the other week - but then found something else and glad we did. I'm really not a fan of depressing movies like that.
